I had to stand in line just over 10 minutes to check in because both women at the counter were busy with other customers. I had a 60 minute hot stone massage with Ricki and it was AMAZING. Hannah Smith always does a great job. I love that I can get the same persona, the facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly. Last time I was in they had just moved and not all the issues were ironed out just yet, but they should be in full operating condition soon.

They were out of coffee and the pedicure chipped within hours. They repaired it, but two days later it chipped again. For that very high price I expected more quality. I would not have gone if I had not been given a gift certificate.

I have been a client here for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. Their service is the best I have ever experienced. I recently went in for a pedicure 5 weeks after knee replacement surgery. Every member of the staff was so kind and considerate – making sure I could safely maneuver myself into the plush pedi seating, helping with my shoes, etc. and always checking that I was comfortable and relaxed. After my pedi the master stylists carried my things and mindfully escorted me to the hair styling area, offering a refill on the wonderful chai tea that greets guests upon arrival. Annette always does an exceptional job on my hair and I am extremely particular. She listens, checks that she knows exactly what I want and then magic occurs – my hair turns out just as I wanted. I can’t wait to heal up enough from the 2nd knee replacement surgery so I can get in to see the talented, professional and friendly ladies at Body & Soul.
