She took her time to make sure my needs and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it, my mother has been coming here for a long time, and we are never disappointed, and I love that it’s a family owned business, would recommend to anyone if they are looking for hair styling ! Critical: ProfessionalismI booked this hair Salon for my mom and unfortunately she fell ill and we were not able to go. Even though there were negative reviews regarding customer service I decided to give it a go and support a local business. As stated above, my mother fell ill and I forgot to call and cancel the appointment as my priority of course is the health of my mom. Well, a gentleman from this salon called annoyed that we did not call to cancel. I understood as its an appointment slot they were losing, and I apologized and explained to him the reason. In Spanish and with an attitude he literally said ”YOU STILL NEEDED TO CALL, WE LOST BUSINESS”. As a customer, I don’t expect a reaction like that and I politely re-explained the reason we did not call. His attitude was just as bad and eded by saying ”well we still have good business. Honestly, is this how people should treat potential business? Word of mouth is very important, and I feel bad for the talented stylist that may work there. Just like he said they have plenty of business, we’ll, there are plenty of Dominican Salons in this area.Learn how to treat your customers, especially of this is a family-run Salon.Reservé esta peluquería para mi mamá y desafortunadamente ella se enfermó y no pudimos ir. A pesar de que hubo críticas negativas con respecto al servicio al cliente, decidí intentarlo y apoyar a una empresa local. Como se dijo anteriormente, mi madre se enfermó y me olvidé de llamar y cancelar la cita ya que mi prioridad, por supuesto, es la salud de mi madre. Bueno, un señor de este salón llamó molesto porque no llamamos para cancelar. Entendí que estaban perdiendo un horario para citas, y me disculpé y le expliqué el motivo. En español y con actitud literalmente dijo “AÚN NECESITAS LLAMAR, PERDIMOS NEGOCIOS”. Como cliente, no espero una reacción como esa y volví a explicar cortésmente la razón por la que no llamamos. Su actitud fue igual de mala y terminó diciendo “bueno, todavía tenemos buenos negocios. Honestamente, ¿es así como la gente debería tratar a los posibles negocios? El boca a boca es muy importante y me siento mal por el talentoso estilista que puede trabajar allí. Tal como dijo que tienen mucho negocio, hay muchos salones dominicanos en esta área.
