My first contact with this wonderful Salon was when I called to make an appointment. Jill answered my call. Jill was so accommodating. I made an app for my husband, they were very busy but Jill said we will make this work, and she did !! My husbands haircut with Jennifer was perfection. When my husband was getting his haircut Jill assisted me with makeup, wow does she know makeup. I bought a few things and love them !!

This was not only beautiful and everyone was kind and wanted to make sure I if I needed anything . I had the best massage ever deep tissue massage with Gus I highly recommend him . I have been an on going guest at Canyon ranch in Vegas This massage gave CR a run for the money and Gus is 5 star polite and very knowledgeable. I am going back for a second . The ultra sonic facial was wonderful I can’t believe how clean and fresh my skin looked . They have a cold plunge which is my all time favorite as well . In between services I went out to the cabana and had a wonderful lunch and a refreshing drink . The guys out there are all smiles and want to make sure you are taken care of with a mineral pool as well . The spa shop was nice filled with Lululemon which is nice. I wish they had more clothes and possible items like lip balm , st. Tropez, which has a great sun mist also sun tan spray they did carry a sunblock and balm from a brand I am familiar with . I will surely be back for more . Oh also a wonderful gym which was nice and clean . My biggest suggestion is to have maybe a private Cabana for a massage outside . With the beautiful landscape that would be the one thing that I think would beneficial . Staff was all 5 star .

I’ve been thinking a lot over the last few weeks about how and what to say in this review. I have been a part time resident in Naples, FL for the past few years and truly fell in love with Marco Island and the salon & spa amenities at the JW Marriott. Most of the time, whether it be the spa for a massage, or the salon for a color, the customer service and hospitality were amazing and really made feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this last experience of mine at the salon, was not one I anticipated, and I really am questioning going back. As a salon owner myself, in the New England area, one quality my team and I truly pride ourselves on is our customer service skills. Making sure that each and every guest feel welcomed, are being accommodated throughout their appointment and ensuring they leave happy are crucial in this type of industry. I have seen hair stylist Lynn a number of times and I cannot say enough great things about her. Her personality, her color & cutting skills, and just the way she allows me to relax in her chair truly shows the professional and talented artist she is. The color did not come out the way I hoped it would this last time, so I called to have it fixed. Of course, there may be a time or two where there might be a misunderstanding in a consultation and/or the end result does not end up looking like the desired look that you were going for, and I completely understand that. How the stylist and most importantly the salon manager or owner reacts to that situation is where my issue lies. I went back to have my hair fixed, and although Lynn was extremely helpful in doing so, her manager that day made me feel as though I was a burden coming back after paying almost $400 for my hair a few days prior. In the color mixing area I overheard the manager telling Lynn what she should and shouldn’t do and really acted annoyed at the situation. Lastly, when the color was finished, her manager came over and rudely told Lynn to just blowdry the front of my hair so I could see the color and that’s it, no blowdry. I get stylists are paid for their services and blowdrys are technically a separate service, but the tone and delivery from the manager in regard to that after a repeat customer comes back, after spending a generous amount of money a few days before just took my by surprise. Not to mention, I now had to take time away from my full time job which then costs me more time and money. I have 8 stylists I oversee at my salon and not one of them would even question blow drying their customers hair after having to fix a mistake that was made. You’re in a customer service industry, especially working out of and representing the JW Marriott, customer satisfaction should be top priority.
