I got my hair done here twice by Maritza and I loved her work! She did such An amazing job the first time and when I went back to do a blonde look she did an outstanding work! She made sure I was comfortable through out the process and okay with the color of my hair . Overall I was satisfied and happy with my hair.

First of all I’ve never been to this salon before, I was recommended by a friend since I’m new to the city. I booked my appointment a month in advance with comments stating I wanted a pixie cut. I get to the shopping center and I couldn’t find the Salon. I called them countless of times and they didn’t answer after spending 15 minutes trying to find it I finally found it. I get off a explained why I was late and the hairstylist Lucy says they don’t use the salon phone. I showed her what I wanted and she says I’ll be right back. Then she called me to the front desk and says that she can’t do that hairstyle and if I can come back with some else at 3pm. So I got upset because how could you not specify you’re not qualified before I show up then she says she can’t put me with someone else right now because I came late anyways. Which got me even more mad because I would’ve been on time if they answered the phone!!! Never in my life have a had such terrible customer service as well as gone to a salon where people don’ t seem to be very experienced.

I had an appointment for an updo. The hairstylist who was going to do my updo did not even know how to do it. She tried twice but she could not do a very simple bun with curls. Finally I had to tell her to just curls. Very disappointed. Hairstyling

I was coming from out of state to be in a wedding and the team at The Salon were amazing to work with! It can be kind of daunting getting your hair styled by someone you’ve never met and who wasn’t able to see your hair in person but from scheduling the appointment to getting extra bobby pins when I left-they were great to work with the whole way. Taylor was my stylist and I loved working with her. She was patient as we looked at a few different options, she was knowledgeable in explaining what types of styles and techniques would work with my hair type, she was professional, and she created an amazing hairstyle that received numerous compliments throughout the event! Thank you to Taylor and the team from The Salon! I highly recommend them!

I scheduled a consultation because my natural color is lighter than I prefer, and I hadn’t yet found a stylist after moving to Orange last year. Uyen recommended trying a toner, which was new to me having always used permanent color before. She was so pleasant and gentle while working on my hair, and the result is exactly what I wanted, dark and warm and absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy with it. Think I found my new place, thank you!

This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had at a salon. I made sure to explain when making my appointment that I have curly hair and wanted an appointment with some who would know how to cut it and straighten/ style it. They made my appointment with a lady named jamie/ jeanine (can’t recall her name). Once she washed my hair and saw that it was curly she pointed it out in a very unhappy tone. She made several comments about how my hair was curly throughout the whole process in the same displeased way. She brushed through my hair sloppily while blow drying making it extremely frizzy. Overall, you could tell she had no experience with curly hair. It’s incredibly disrespectful to me that even after stressing that I needed someone who knew how to properly do my hair they would make my appointment with just anyone. It was a very uncomfortable experience as I could tell the lady that was doing my hair was not happy about it and made me feel unwelcomed. I would really recommend for the owners to make an effort to be more inclusive of all hair types… I’m giving it 2 stars because she at least did an okay job styling, even though she made me uncomfortable…
