I had gone in needing a color correction and a hair cut. It was desperately needed!!! The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. Roger was my stylist. I needs to get a terrible bleach job fixed and wanted to go back to my natural color. Roger nailed it!! Not only did he match my natural hair color he gave me an amazing hair cut! The salon is average ( for Woodland Park), not excellent, but I have high standards after spending time in Denver salons. Went to the owner for a few years, my color wasn’t bad about 75% of the time. The other 25% was just plain wrong because she didn’t listen closely. In addition, she was always rough with my hair, combing it from the top and causing lots of breakage. Doesn’t everyone know this is not what you do? Anyway, several incidents where She just DIDN’T LISTEN was enough to send me looking for someone else. With all fairness, I have found that MOST hair dressers at some time or another don’t listen, and what results is a major disappointment and money thrown down the drain for the client. Going forward, I’m going to ask the hairdresser EVERYTIME to REPEAT back what I want.
