I’ve waited well over a year to post this because I was so upset about the last time I came to this salon. Mahnaz butchered my hair by cutting it incredibly short and then Thomas “slapped” some color (no highlights) on with no foil or contrast color but of course charged me full price. Obviously they didn’t want me as a client and honestly that’s okay but why butcher my hair. It was during crazy covid-19 maddness and they were stressed like everyone else but that’s not a good enough excuse. I was very vulnerable and felt very vulnerable at the time with a newly diagnosed rare blood disease. I was so upset and shocked that it was hard to believe any salon would purposely treat me that way. Professionalism and common courtesy is what I expected and I got something very different. Disappointing and shameful but of course I will never come back to this “salon” again and I wanted other potential clients to be aware that this salon doesn’t operate in the professional manner for all. Maybe it’s a Fort Worth clique thing, I have no idea but Fort Worth deserves better. I can’t speak to the other Stylist who work here, only to Mahnaz and Thomas combined unprofessionalism.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve gotten my hair highlighted and cut here a few times. They are so friendly and make it so relaxing. They are very slow, I spend about 4 hours here so just make sure you have extra time. It’s slow because they will book clients over your appointment. I like to book appointments in the late afternoon that way I can get a glass of wine while getting my hair done. Their shampoo bar is also awesome! The chairs are so comfortable!!

I really had such a AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE! It was my first time getting my hair done and choosing a place to go too! Let me tell you, Thomas is amazing and did such a wonderful with my hair!! This lady helped me as well and wish remember her name cuz she was funny and fun too! I told them it my bday tomorrow and they wish me a happy birthday and made sure I had a fun time! Thomas really went above and beyond! He helped me a lot! This is the only hair salon I will be going to for now!! Thank you so much Thomas!! Did a amazing job:) Y’all listen to the reviews! I won’t let anyone but Sarah touch my hair. I’ve been coming here for 5-6 years now and Sarah has always done an amazing job. I will say some of the people give off a pretentious vibe lol, but that doesn’t stop me from going because Sarah is the best!
