I saw Chelsea for years when I lived in Gainesville. I even drove back up to use her once I moved to Tampa until my schedule just didn’t allow it anymore. Chelsea is a hair goddess and by far the best person to ever touch my hair! We’ve done everything from platinum blonde to brunette. Chelsea always took the time to listen to what I wanted and go over the process with me before we started. My hair was never over processed or unhealthy, she went above and beyond to make sure that my hair health was a priority. She’s fun and friendly throughout the appointment! Overall, the most pleasant salon experience I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that I couldn’t convince her to move to Tampa with me.

A while back I found my go to hairstylist and now she works at salon 716. Robin Stokes is by far the best stylist I have been to and her prices are unbeatable. I specifically told her I was tired of telling hair stylist to NOT cut my hair short and then they would anyway. Robins actually listened and her styles are incredible. Not to mention the great atmosphere and self serve coffee/tea bar with snacks.

I moved away from Gainesville 3 years ago and still have not found someone who can cut my hair like Melanie. I have very tight curls that can be a challenge and no one here seems to get the layers or shape like Mel. She did a great job every time and makes excellent and easy conversation. This review is not timely but as I face trying to find yet another person to cut my hair I realized you don’t know how good you have it until you don’t anymore. I moved away from Gainesville 3 years ago and still have not found someone who can cut my hair like Melanie. Lauren is by far the best hairstylist I have ever been to! She is a skilled colorist and somehow manages to keep my hair smooth and healthy through my frequent color changes from blonde to silver to purple to rainbow and back again. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Lauren for over 3 years, and she is the only person I trust to do an exceptional job on my hair every time. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about haircare, she has an incredible personality as well! Lauren is bright, warm, and hilarious. Thank you for making me feel fabulous, Lauren!

Melanie is amazing here! First I got my hair cut from below my shoulders to my chin. She did an amazing job. She is very detail oriented. I also recently got my hair cut with an undercut and bleached blonde. She made sure the blonde was exactly right with 3 toners. She is also very nice and easy to talk to. Makes me less nervous about doing crazy things to my hair!
