My appointment “required” a $100 deposit. I received this information by text and later received a phone call, in this day and age of scams, requesting payment over the phone. Any good hairdresser has 5 people in line on any given day for those fit me in at the last minute appointments. This told to me by my last 2 good hairdressers, one I moved from and one moved away. People rearrange appointments all the time. It’s just part of cutting hair. I guess I can get it in a big city but this is Pineville, Louisiana. (Where?) I gave my money to another hairdresser that wanted my $150+. Prices are ridiculous enough these days. Consumers don’t need the hassle too.

5 star service! These ladies are all about the customer. Warm towels… tea, water or lemonade to drink and professional and friendly staff! An excellent experience for my first visit. I will definitely be back 🙂

I gave 1 star only because the ladies were nice. I went for highlights and add long layers to my hair. My hair is so chopped up you can’t tell where any layers are. It’s very uneven. The highlights are uneven, brassy, and 3 different shades. One side is huge chucks of highlights and the other side is a few. The ends are blonde, middle is orange, top is red and orange. I am completely disgusted! I will never step foot in that place again! Now I will have to pay someone to fix my hair.
