My friend and I got coupons for manicures at The Salon and booked our appointments online. The website was kinda tricky to navigate and the payment method was confusing. I accidentally booked an appointment for the wrong time, but when I called they were quick to arrange the correct time for me, although they never returned my call– just sent out a text. When we arrived at the building, it was not clear where the actual salon was or how to get there– there was a “closed” sign in the window. Overall, the ladies who did our nails were awesome to talk to. Friendly and accommodating, they offered good products. I’ve got to say that the quality of the services were not great. Also we both got the $3 upgrade and were surprised to receive an email stating that we owed $7 not including tip. When I called about it and left a voicemail, they never returned my call. As much as I’d like to recommend The Salon to others, I won’t be back.

I bought a groupon and had an appointment scheduled. When I showed up there was no one there. I called. No answer. The door was locked. I called Groupon and got a refund only to see that the salon charged my credit card $25 for a no show. Reported my card stolen so hopefully they’ll get reported. This place is a scam. Beware.

This is a real SCAM!!! I bought a Groupon, made an appointment (which requires to provide your credit card information) had to reschedule and they still charged me the whole amount. The did not honor the cancellation policy. They never answer the phone so the only way you can schedule an appointment is online.

Got my hair cut shampooed and styled and she was awesome! Gave me exactly what I wanted and was so nice. She talked the whole time and I loved the cut. Don’t be fooled by the reviews- most are talking aniut pedicures or manicures. I didn’t get one but the hair services were awesome!

This place is a scam don’t go. I bought a Groupon and had to sign up through style seat to get an appointment which requires a credit card. I went to the salon for my appointment and the lights were off and no one was there. The building is disrepair and I felt unsafe so I left. I was charged on style seat for the appointment even though I made the appointment with Groupon.

These people are a disgrace. They only take people that will leave a credit card number. I had a Groupon but still needed to go online to make an appointment. The place is filthy outside . I will never go there. I lost my Groupon money. This place needs to closer. Groupon should never allow them to participate. A disaster.

Scheduling online was simple! The salon is nestled in a quaint little historic building in downtown Jeffersonville, so lots of character. My 12 year old son & I were very happy with our haircuts. Already purchased another Groupon to return!

Walked in to an empty salon with no workers in sight. Waited 30 mins after yelling “hello” 5x to be told rudely the nail salon is upstairs and there’s a sign on the door. The sign was very small and said to use the black door. No mention of upstairs. Extremely rude, quality of services isn’t great. Even if you have a groupon, do not go.
