Wow!! Alan Elrod is truly a gifted hair stylist- an expert in his field. He also has an amazing personality! I recently moved to the area and chose him based off of the positive reviews which are 100% accurate. When I arrived for my much needed haircut, he first took time to listen to what I wanted. He then delivered beyond my expectations! When I left his salon I felt so good about my new hair cut!! My hair plans to have a very long and happy relationship with Alan! Thank you Alan!

I literally drove over 400 miles to return back to the King Of Hair, Alan Elrod! No one compares, and I’m forever jealous that Calabash is now graced with his talent. He has never made a single mistake with my hair, nor my mothers, nor my grandmothers! Three generations of perfection. If you are in the North Myrtle area, make an appointment with Alan. Veronica at The Salon in Calabash NC does a fabulous job on my thick and full of head of hair. She does an amazing job cutting and coloring. She takes the time needed and I don’t feel rushed. Every time I leave Veronica’s chair, I feel revived!
