I enjoyed the smaller salon and our conversation while she worked so time seemed to fly by. I’d recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for a salon. I really enjoyed coming here. She helped get my old acrylic nails off and was very professional about it. I enjoyed the smaller salon and our conversation while she worked so time seemed to fly by. I’d recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for a salon. This will be the only place I’ll consider going to in the future. Thank you so much!!!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe reason she has a “no refund policy” is because if she messes up your nails, she won’t fix them! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.I had very high expectations when booking with Jessica as she had come to my place of work with absolutely beautiful nails that she had done herself. I said I liked them and was dying to soak off my old set for a new one so she gave me her card personally. However, not a single expectation was met.I made my appointment at 9 am and arrived early. When I asked her where to park she called and said she forgot about my appointment and that she would meet me there. We booked at 9 for a soak off of my previous set (which she blamed me for the damage done to my thumb nails as if I was the reason they lifted?) along with a new set of acrylics. She arrived late, her color selection was VERY limited, it took her an hour and a half to soak off the previous set using tool that literally were scraping layers off my nails. She chopped off my own grown out nails before asking the size I wanted, the sides are jagged due to not filing after the acrylic was added, they’re extremely thick, they aren’t symmetrical to each other or the opposite fingers, some of the sides don’t have paint, some don’t even have acrylic touching the base of my nail by the cuticle! There were bubbles in the paint on a couple fingers so we had to add designs (which cost $5 per choice). She also charged $25 for a soak off, something I didn’t know she charged for until the end of the appointment.She doesn’t discuss prices with clients prior to their appointment and assumes we will be able to instantly see it in our invoice, something I wasn’t told to do. When I brought this up, she told me I “should have known because it was on my invoice when I made the appointment”. Again, blaming the customer for her lack of communication in regard to her own shop expectations. I had no idea I could see the services we discussed listed, otherwise, I would have brought it up if not canceled the appointment.I have NEVER in my 7 years of getting my nails done, had to pay anything over $10 for a soak off, EVER.The rest of the day, while I was working, my nails were catching on everything (I work in retail and actually DAMAGED a couple store items due to the nails) and my fingers were in so much pain I couldn’t even touch the cash register. IN PAIN! For many hours afterward!When I brought all of this up to Jessica and begged for a refund despite her policy, she told me no and has ignored me since. I will NEVER go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone because if she messed up your nails, you’re just out $75.Waste of time and money. I even had to book an appointment elsewhere to get the set she did removed by another nail tech that came in to my work and noticed how messed up they were. Every customer that looked at them didn’t like them and thought they looked horrible, same with my entire work team. She was very sweet and had quality products and techniques I’ve never seen before! I left feeling 100% happy with my nails which has not happened in a long time! She answers all my questions, (even the ones I think are silly) and makes me feel at ease. I absolutely LOVE it there.
