Cynthia has been cutting my hair for 12 years! Every woman knows the fear of going to the salon and asking for only an inch off, only to come out with hair 5 inches or more shorter. Cynthia has NEVER done this to me!!! She is always very careful to only take off what I ask! She also does my color which over the years has been every color under the sun!!
