Best pedicure I’ve EVER HAD!! And I was educated about the illegal tools other place use and the health concerns with the practices of cheaper places. Don’t do that pay the money and get the good experience PLUS I got a mimosa Also I came here because the place in the Mall gave me nail fungas so I had to let that heal before I could get nails done again. Sydney O’Neil I a doll and the girl power is this place is so empowering!!! What a GEM ✨️ Good job The Rustic.

The spa is very cute inside, and the staff seemed friendly. However, I booked two 80 minute facials for my mom and I, but they both only lasted 60 minutes. My mom was able to get hers for the price of the 60 minute, but my esthetician said mine was “like 75 minutes” and thus we paid for the 80 minute facial plus tip. Dissatisfied because after my moms facial only lasted an hour, I set a timer on my phone for an hour and 20 minutes when mine started. When I got done there was 21 minutes left on the timer. The facial was nice but disappointed in the honesty of the price and service.

I am Very impressed by the skill of the stylists and quality of their services. My hair color came out perfect. Melissa is very conscientious & perfectionistic with her work. Once home the long cut we tried wasn’t working & I was very uncomfortable about taking Melissa up on her offer to recut, but I did & she was very kind and recut to a style that’s easier for me to use. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, clean place. Couple massage was a bust, great ladies who did it but the point of a massage was to relax and me and my husband didn’t relax at all, felt more like a social event instead. We would of shared our # to talk more instead of spending 2 hrs talking. It was nice to talk but also feels good to relax that’s what we paid them to do.

I went in today a lil unsure of what I wanted to do…but she made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I had about 7 inches cut off and got coloring done. She did a phenomenal job! Positive: Professionalism, QualityHad a Best Friends massage today (basically a couples massage but for my best friend and I) and it was beyond amazing! I went in for a massage and a facial, just wanting to treat myself. Paul who did my massage was AMAZING. He made sure that I was completely comfortable the whole entire time, and ensuring that I was always draped appropriately.
