I had an appointment with Juvi on November 15th, 2019 at 3pm. I had my hair cut and my eyebrows waxed. During this time Juvi talked to another customer who told her how she wants her hair done and Juvi was highy engaged in a conversation. I personally found this very rude while she was working on my hair and could not spent attention to detail. Long story short, later that day at home I realized that one side of my hair was about an inch longer, the frame work needed more adjustment and there were a lot of dead split ends. I contacted Juvi immediately and told her all about it, and if I could come back so that she could please fix my hair. I expected a fast appointment but unfortunately was brushed off to the 3rd of December, 2019. This was indeed to far out for me and I never got my hair fixed. Nevertheless, Juvi didn’t fail to cash my check even though I as a customer wasn’t happy, and that I had to wait for almost three weeks to have my hair fixed. This was not good business ethics. I believe the correction should have been done sooner within a couple of days or so, Juvi should have make the time. Very disappointed…. would give zero stars if possible!
