In all fairness of my review, I was a very new client and received service 4 times. Today would have been my 5th appointment. After arriving 10min late due to difficulty finding parking after rushing to my appointment. I was sent away with a rude, I’m sorry next time call. While I acknowledge I was late, in the 4x I’ve been there 3x I’ve waited 10min or more after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I wouldn’t have been as upset, if I would have been offered a rescheduled time or if the next appointments wasn’t my cousin, who I’m sure wouldn’t have minded waiting 5min. Very disappointed in the awful customer service, especially because she did a decent job on my brows.
