Clean, calming facility with friendly staff! My husband took me for a couples massage and the masseuse I had was fantastic! I liked that there were options to add certain things to the massage and to choose different pressure levels and areas of your body that you wanted more (or less) attention on! The only problem we had was with the scheduling. We had to reschedule from our original appointment but they forgot to take us off the books so we kept getting calls and messages from different staff members asking where we were. Luckily they did have us down for the new date/time that we had discussed and were ready for us on the correct day.

I would have written a great review if asked yesterday. I used them in 2014 and had a wonderful experience. This time, just scheduling has been a nightmare! Had a massage appointment scheduled for almost a week and logged on today and it was gone…. not there. So, I called and she could NOT comprehend that I was calling because I DID NOT CANCEL IT.. it disappeared!!! Long story short, they are clueless and cannot help if something happens like this, not even seeming willing to care… Just, oh, well, it’s not there now…. I was driving a long way for a girl’s day and now we have cancelled everything, hair and lashes!! NEVER AGAIN!! I’ll pay higher prices for competence.

Was at the spa today and got the Bella Rose package. The massage and facial were great. I feel thoroughly relaxed. Unfortunately, the pedicure left something to be desired. My nails looked great when I left the spa but within 2 hours, it had already started to peel off.

Ridiculously disappointed in the level of professionalism and quality of the front desk staff. We booked a couples massage on 10/12 for an appointment on 10/20. Told the girl on the phone it was for our anniversary and asked if special touches could be added to the room per the website suggestions. When we arrived on 10/20 the receptionist said they didn’t have us booked for the day. We questioned if she was sure as we called to book the appointment days in advance and she was adamant that we were not booked. Offered no apology, did not dig to find out more information on how our appointment got lost, etc.

It was my birthday and I booked the package for my friend and I a week before. They weren’t able to get us in for the entire package I wanted, which was a bummer. As for the service, it was amazing. So relaxing, I wish it could of lasted longer. 🙂 Lynn did my massage, and she was wonderful. I would definitely come back, hopefully for the full package. Thank you for a nice birthday experience.

I felt like they didn’t want me there. After l learned my first appointment was cancelled when I showed up for it, I rescheduled a second one. I confused the time and arrived several minutes late. Amanda was sitting out front when I arrived but quickly went inside when she saw me. When I went inside no one was out front at check in. I signed in and waited. Finally, someone acknowledged me and told me to wait in the waiting area. A few minutes later the the receptionist came out with Amanda behind her to tell me I was too late to get the haircut. I asked her if there was another time for me to get a haircut and without looking at anything she said no. I totally understand that I was too late for the appointment, but I don’t understand why she was unwilling to work with me. Like I said it just made me feel that I was not wanted there.

The way she colored and highlighted my hair was something only a true professional would do! This was the first time we came to see Elizabeth and she took her time with us and really made sure she was doing what was best for my daughter’s, and my hair. I have never been so happy with my hair color and highlights! My daughter is so excited to come back to get her highlights too! Also, the spa as a whole was so clean and accesible( my daughter is in a wheelchair) All of the ladies who work there are so courteous! My husband and I did a couples spa day for our 16th anniversary. We chose one of the spa package deals and a few add-ons. We really enjoyed the experience we had. All of the employees were very attentive to our needs and were very knowledgeable of their individual specialties. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well deserved, pampered spa day.
