Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI scheduled an appointment through Fresha/Facebook with this place. I booked for a $25 dry cut and when I showed up the stylist just started shampooing my hair — OK? I rolled with it. I told her about a half an inch of hair, I look on the floor and an inch of my hair is on the floor. I accept that I’m apparently getting a cut and style as she proceeds to style my hair — but she never asks me how I want the hair styled. Additionally, during the haircut she gossiped with me about the woman sitting in the chair next to me — I don’t know about you, but that seems really unprofessional. So at the end of the cut I get charged $32 for a haircut instead of the $25 I signed up for.To make matters worse, she literally cut my hair uneven. Pics below of my hair pin straight and obviously not cut well. How hard is it to do a blunt cut? I’m really disappointed about this because I know many people who go to this salon and have really positive experiences. I scheduled an appointment through Fresha/Facebook with this place. I booked for a $25 dry cut and when I showed up the stylist just started shampooing my hair — OK? I rolled with it. I told her about a half an inch of hair, I look on the floor and an inch of my hair is on the floor. I accept that I’m apparently getting a cut and style as she proceeds to style my hair — but she never asks me how I want the hair styled. She walked me through everything she did to make sure it was what I wanted. I love this place and I just want to say thank you to her. And to Christa for having such an amazing business and amazing stylists who are professional and kind. So I seen Biz and I just want to say how amazing she is and she was patient and asked me if I liked how she was cutting. She walked me through everything she did to make sure it was what I wanted. I love this place and I just want to say thank you to her. And to Christa for having such an amazing business and amazing stylists who are professional and kind. I will be seeing Biz again for sure so I recommend this place highly to anyone who is considering coming here.
