Love the place. Everybody was very friendly it was very comfortable to be there. Brenda did my hair . It had been through a lot and it was yellow . I asked her if we could get the yellow out I asked her if we could go back to the salt and pepper gray look that’s what I’m actually had she ended up bleaching my hair all over it is bad at all around my face it is broke off it feels terrible and feels like there’s something on each strand I don’t know what’s going on I’ve tried to condition it I’ve tried to put oils on in it.I have not using curling hot things on it . I paid a lot of money and I’m so unhappy with it and I’m hoping that maybe she can do something with it this whole entire scalp is crusty and I have sores on it actually it feels like there’s a thickening all over please help I had to go to the funeral the next day. And everbody wanted to know who done this to my hair

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI scheduled online as a new client. Received an email confirmation for the appointment and two reminder texts (both of which I confirmed that I would be keeping the appointment). I showed up and checked in at 2:15 for my 2:30 appointment. The woman (I’m assuming the salon manager because she was sitting at the front counter like she ran the place) asked me who I was booked with. I told her, she said okay, and walked away. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes before someone else asked me who I was waiting on. I told them and they walked away. I figured they were going to check in with the stylist. Maybe a client was taking a little longer than she expected. Another 20 minutes go by. A third stylist comes up to me and proceeds to tell me that my stylist forgot about my appointment and wasn’t even there. And no one had time to fit me in. So I sat and waited for 45 minutes when the “manager” could have told me this when I first arrived! Instead she just stood there looking down at her feet while the third person I spoke with offered a gift card for a free haircut. I understand that things come up and mistakes happen. I would have been understanding if I didn’t sit waiting for damn near an hour for NOTHING.I scheduled online as a new client.
