I went the first time and was charged $50 for wash, cut, blow dry and texturizing by Makayla. I liked it very much the first time so I made another appointment for the same exact thing by her. The second visit, I kept noticing that one side was significantly shorter than the other and I voiced my concerns several times. She said my shoulders weren’t straight and that my hair was even. I went home and my daughter had to fix it because it was 3/4-1 inch longer on one side just as I had said. It was very noticeable to everyone in my family. I didn’t trust her at this point to fix it since she wouldn’t fix it during my appointment. When I went to check out, the price had changed too. I was now being charged an extra $4. I was aware they charge more because of card so I made sure to bring cash. She said that because she spent extra time texturizing, she could charge more. I literally asked for the exact same thing to be done. I called when I got home and voiced my concerns to another staff member on my experience and she didn’t seem to care much that I had had this experience. I won’t be back.
