I specifically go to this salon because it is supposed to be curly friendly. I asked Laura to cut my hair shoulder length and she cut it wet like it is straight hair and now I have a bob. I didn’t realize what she was doing until half my hair was gone. Wavy hair needs to be cut like wavy hair, not straight hair. This is going to take months to grow out and fix. Will not be back.

Laura is amazing!!!!! I’m telling you, for the past ten years getting my hair cut it never looked right and was always frizzy I never understood why. I knew my hair wavy so I looked up a salon and found this one and gave it a chance and I’m glad I did! I have fine hair but a lot of it so unfortunately when it gets longer it weights it down so I came to Laura and told her my predicament! She did exactly what I wanted and more! She told me I have had the wrong cut for my hair and SINCE IVE STARTED GOING TO HER MY HAIR HAS STOPPED BEING FRIZZY!!! I was in shock! It’s beautiful now and when I move I’m wish I could take her with me that’s how amazing she is

Laura is a wonderful stylist that truly listens during the consultation process and delivers exactly what is expected. I have very long, thick, wavy hair and it seems to always be a challenge. I wanted an exact amount off to maintain the weight my hair needs to be workable. I left with new product knowledge and healthier hair after a precision cut. I recommend Laura if you’re looking for an artist that does great work!

This place used to be the best salon in the city, certainly the best I’d ever been to. But the lockdown changed Rockin’ Roller bigtime. Scheduling is a hassle and it takes days to get an appointment. Don’t bother calling either, nobody picks up half the time.

I found this salon on Google and was so happy I did. Laura was very professional and spent a long time explaining what she was doing and was clearly very knowledgeable! I love my cut and my hair felt great for days afterwards after the product she chose to use at the backwash. I was very happy with the result and plan to return for new colour or another trim soon. Just a nice chilled salon with a cool vibe and good music!

I found Rockin Roller Salon years and years ago and fell in love with Rozy doing my hair. When she moved to California I was lost on how to find the quality of stylist that I had found in her. Every time she did my hair I walked out of there feeling like my best form of beautiful! She of course left me with recommendations of which stylist she was leaving her clients with but as with any loss, I wasn’t ready to replace her and have bounced around from place to place since then.
