I’ve always been a huge fan of this place. They have helped to fix other people’s hair mistakes on a few occasions for my girls growing up. And plenty times they had to do some control over what the girls did to their own hair! To which I’m forever thankful. But recently I’ve been so bummed with this place. The one girl canceled the day of my app – she had her reasons. Never rescheduled with me.. never returned the msgs. My daughter is so kind – would never complain publicly about her experience but I feel it’s necessary. She spent $800 on extensions by Macee (spelling?) – I was there for most of her app. With in days she developed sores all around the extensions. If that wasn’t bad enough, there were weird hair dents where she stitched. The extensions were so massive for the amount of hair my daughter had. Her hair really was too thin. No matter the styling technique, you clearly saw them. How embarrassing. When she reached out to the girl, the girl took offense and was defending her talent. I reached out. She didn’t respond. $800 is a lot of money for someone who had to remove it all. Wouldn’t work with her on this and suggested that my daughter just felt the hair extensions didn’t go with her life style. How incredibly rude. I chalk it up to her age and the illusion that somehow because she has talent that she can treat clients like this. . Guess it’s time to contact small claims and try to recapture some of those funds. Too bad it has to go that far. The girl does good work – however in this case, bad judgement – she should have turned her away since her hair was too thin.

Went to see Lauren for eye lash extensions and as always, she did an amazing job!! The interior of the building is beautiful and extremely clean. All the people working there were super friendly and helpful. Really a nice experience from start to finish. Will be going back to try some of their other services they offer.

I hate that I found this place as I’m leaving fort drum because I would have been a regular. I have a few months left and will definitely be coming back before I leave. This place is amazing! My God in Heaven, Heather is amazing,I am so proud and happy today, November 8, 2019. My wife has not been able to properly have her hair done anywhere here in the Watertown area. My wife has tried the Salon on Fort Drum, she tried Ulta, she tried some crackpot spot next to Valero, and they all destroyed her hair. They destroyed her happiness and morale. She has gone years without being able to have her hair done the way she used to in her home state. Heather made my wife absolutely happy and I haven’t seen her smile like this and be happy about her appearance when it comes to her hair in years. THANK YOU HEATHER! You brought my wife back to me.
