Just called in 2 min ago to book a couples massage and facials and spend more money then necessary and the receptionist at the spa was so vague and rude and couldn’t be bothered.i asked for manager they said she was too busy… I will be more than happy to spend my money someone else! Shocked at how rude this young lady was! I recommend going anywhere else!

This Hotel is amazin! The staff, the rooms are comfortable that you feel like home, they don’t miss any details, the housekeeping department ladies are so sweet and they do the job with dedication and attention to detail, the front desk make us feel very welcome, informative and helpful at the breakfast the restaurant is not missing anything they have everything for everybody, at the pool the cabana have water, sodas etc and the staff check on you regularly so you don’t have to be looking for them. This hotel by the second day all the staff is calling you by your last name, lovely people make every nickle spend worthed. We definitely would be staying at this hotel when we visit Hawaii again

Fantastic experience. Recommend coming early before your treatment to enjoy the steam room, whirlpools, etc. Kristina was a great massage therapist and I highly recommend her.

Services were great but the actual facilities are in major need of renovations.I was shocked at how bad the property looked. The paint is peeling, carpets are old and dirty. For the cost of staying there you’d really expect new and clean.

The spa itself was beautiful. Loved the atmosphere. The customer service being greeted at the front and the concierge desk was great, however I was not impressed with the customer service of my masseuse. While I didn’t mind wearing the mask during my massage, and even changing into the one she preferred over mine, I did not appreciate her pinching the nose piece tighter on my mask without asking me.
