Lilly at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful in rescheduling me after I accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day. I had an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Owen, who was superb. The entire staff was nothing short of amazing, and upon leaving, they gave me a hand written card for my birthday along with a bag of beauty goodies. A wonderful experience through and through!

The spa charges a 22% gratuity upfront, which is totally acceptable. What is not acceptable is the staff then demanding additional tips. The whole point of the spa is to relax and then to be met with this attitude trying to squeeze an extra $20 from you just destroys the mood. If you must charge more, go for it – and communicate in advance, but don’t attack guests after their service with this sleazy move.

It’s definitely possible to not go off site for your stay, but it’s so close to the marina and downtown it’s really worth while. Try to get higher floor rooms towards the pool and beach areas!

Didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff. There’s room for improvements: the AC was inadequate. Left a message for front desk for items I needed, no one came and no one called me back. TP could be better for a five star hotel, they were more like 1 or 2 start hotel type. I’ve been to lesser hotels that had better.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service. The food was only ok. The Smash burger is two thin patties with lots of lettuce. I did enjoy the mocktail. The soup tasted like baby food.

The hotel is great, the resort is exceptional and the Spa is outstanding. It is well kept and very peaceful and designed for calm and rejuvenation. The service is right on and the staff friendly. Over all experience at the spa was high end and the ambiance and the regional influence for the setting does indeed calm the soul and body. If you are there a definite must see/use to experience the full Ritz Carlton effect. While there is a golf course right next to the property, the spa is another good way to disconnect and regroup mentally.
