Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueShe is so rude and evil. She gave me an appointment for 2pm two weeks ago. I was there at 1:59 pm. The smell of the place was like a fish market. She was still doing someone else’s hair. Immediately I worked in to her salon, she said she’s booked for the day no greetings. I told her I have an appointment for 2pm but she was still doing someone else’s hair which I understand. Sometimes hair service doesn’t go as planned. I asked if I could go get lunch and return to give her time to finish the hair. She snapped at me for no reason and claimed there was evil behind me like a cloud. For no reason. She said she hates my energy and she has cancelled my appointment and wants to give me back my deposit. I was humiliated by this woman. I wondered why she attacked me this way I haven’t done anything wrong to be treated this way. She made a scene of me. All I did was walk in her shop for my appointment on time and this is how she treated me. She said she has some energy and power. I don’t think anyone should go to this lady. She’s is angry and despicable. She started to send me text messages with curses and rage. I haven’t wronged this woman to be treated this way in her hair salon. Please don’t treat other people like this. It’s unfair and ungodly to treat each other this way. She sends me text messages cursing me, my son and my mother and I do not know her or seen her before. She is so rude and evil. She gave me an appointment for 2pm two weeks ago. I was there at 1:59 pm. The smell of the place was like a fish market. She was still doing someone else’s hair. Immediately I worked in to her salon, she said she’s booked for the day no greetings. I told her I have an appointment for 2pm but she was still doing someone else’s hair which I understand. My mother and sister needed their hair done because we were attending a wedding out of town. Both appointments were made for 8.26.21 and 2 deposits were paid in the amount of 16.50 each via credit card per Riot Reveur policy.On 8.26.21 I drove to Snellville where Crystal is located and arrived at 12:17pm as the first appointment was for 12:30 however, Crystal was not there. I called her from my cell phone and she immediately answered the phone by saying how she’s been trying to call however we had no missed calls or text messages on either 3 phones. Crystal advised her son was sick and she didn’t have a babysitter. She offered to reschedule for the next day however, that wasn’t going to work because we were headed out of town.We understand her toddler was sick but she did not advise us of her cancellation until I called her to find out where she was.Our conversation was cordial but as I was hanging up the phone I was talking to my family and she heard me say never again. Crystal proceeded to call right back to my mothers phone and speak in a very nasty tone and advised “we had her messed up, her kid is sick and I wouldn’t understand because I didn’t have any kids and she wasn’t returning any funds. Well, as a matter of fact Crystal I have 3 ‍♀️ and you knew the morning of you wouldn’t be able to make it in which you should’ve communicated.My mother was very pleasant with her and advised the deposit were her funds and she required her money back due to the cancellation but Crystal continued to be rude, unprofessional and refused to return the money. She never called my sister to cancel or return her funds.I sent Crystal 2 separate cash app request and text messages advising to return the funds and per below correspondence she still refused and continued to remain unprofessional. If she would’ve just sent the funds back there wouldn’t be any issues. She has no valid cause as to why she wouldn’t return the 2 deposits that were paid to her. There is no need to argue over 33.00. You think you were being smart by being rude, unprofessional and withholding funds but what you fail to realize is card services has been contacted. The charges, evidence of no services, evidence of you refusing to return the funds without cause, attaching your correspondence advising we had you messed up, and a copy of your own cancellation policy has been submitted to the credit card company. It’s the principle of it and as a business owner you should have a lot more integrity.I’m not sure what is going on with you Crystal, you are very good at what you do but your behavior is very troublesome.
