They are terrible to reach by phone–they don’t pick up often and they never have returned my calls. But they do offer a really good deal on haircuts (the best in town) and if you’re part of Rexburg Housing, one haircut is free every semester. The girls are also nice there, which is great.

Good hair cuts at low prices for students, I’ve gone multiple times and haven’t been dissappointed. The reason I’m leaving them at a 3 star is because they are terribly hard to communicate with. Calling? 1/10 times they’ll pick up. Your best option is to walk in and schedule an appointment or else they’ll be booked up by the time they’ll answer the phone.

They are hardly ever open. This is probably due to the pandemic or the workers having moved on but I’ve been here for 2 years now and have only seen them open prepandemic. Birch Plaza doesn’t offer the free haircut there anymore and I think it has to due with lack of employees.

I went in just to get 2 inches cut off of my hair. No layers or anything, just a straight cut. I told her that it looks crooked, but she kept saying that it was cut straight. Everyone kept saying that it looked longer in the back and the sides were uneven. Luckily, my roommate helped me out and cut my hair evenly and she doesn’t have a cosmetology license. She doesn’t even know how to cut in a straight line. I don’t recommend this place.

A little difficult to find–it’s on the third floor of the Birchwood Apartments–but great service. Thou get two free haircuts a semester as part of Rexburg Housing and half off anything else. Open to anyone to come in though.
