I used to come to the Retreat years ago when Alyce was there. I was in the area last month and able to get a next day booking, which was great. Staff was friendly and amenities were nice. However, the one thing I mentioned was I did not like blunt straight ends, and that’s what I ended up with. I didn’t notice till the first wash as it was styled curly. I will have to keep it curly till I can get it fixed elsewhere.

Kristen. (Owner). You sure have a weighted five-star rating. I think people should know that there is another side. I came to you three times to politely ask for the money to be returned for a Posh Body Treatment I purchased for my Fiancé late last year. I purchased a Mani/Pedi for her as well. The Mani/Pedi was not to standard for the price I paid, and you have no person performing that Posh Body Treatment service. When I asked for my money back on the Posh Body treatment (over $100), you were rude and threatened to call the police on me if I ever stepped foot in you salon again. I am not going to characterize you…I will let your friends do that. But to refuse money back and to try and force my fiancé back into your place to accept another service which neither of us have the desire or faith to receive, is unjust. Be kind, do what is right. Sleep well. Maybe someday you will feel differently. Ed. You remember me, I am sure.

This was my first time at a spa. All the staff made me feel really warm and welcome. You absolutely get above and beyond what you pay for. My nails look great and my skin feels baby soft. Very professional and kind staff 10/10

Absolutely loved this place! Summer was able to get close to the color I wanted. Going from brown to blonde can be tricky but she accomplished it with full head of blonde highlights and was able to cover my greys. Will be back soon for another session to get blonder. She definitely made me feel ready for my vacation. Place was very clean, and everyone was friendly. Also loved the online booking.
