Girls spa day for my birthday. Loved this place. The massage was my favorite. Ask for Daniel. I upgraded to an hour. So glad I did. We also had a facial, manicure, pedicure and lunch with a glass of wine. All I can say, it was alllllllll FABULOUS.

My daughter is serving over seas and surprised me with a gift cert for a full day at the Retreat! What a wonderful experience! My morning included a Swedish massage, a facial, and pedicure. I was then served a delicious lunch from the Huisache Grill. My afternoon was topped off with manicure, makeup, and hair. A day of pampering melted away my teacher and daily life stress. A HUGE thank you to the staff that poured out excellence and service. I will be returning!!! Again, thank you staff, and thank you to my very loving, giving, caring daughter for making this special day possible.

I’ve been getting salon and occasional mani/pedi services here for over five years and I absolutely love going to see Alex and everyone at The Retreat. I have, uh, difficult hair at times (long and super thick) and Alex always takes such good care of me with anything we’re doing (color, highlights, and cut). She makes it fun to take risks and try new things, but she prioritizes hair health. I appreciate that so much. Seriously though, the entire staff feels like family to me.

Stay away from here! This is far from any kind of retreat! While everyone puts on a pretty show of being nice and tell you how you’re part of “the family”, they treat you like you’re insignificant or like you’re that uncle that no one cares about. I’ve come here on someone else’s recommendation and met a nice stylist who listened and made her best effort to provide my requested style, however after the honeymoon phase was over and I invested in a package, the poor customer service reared it’s ugly head. I was made to wait upwards of 40 minutes while my stylist took someone ahead of me without prior notice, after I confirmed my appointment and showed up early! This happened on three different occasions that I was made to wait with wet hair while another customer got color, hair cut, roots in the middle of my time slot. If I made my stylist wait on me for 40 or more minutes, how would that go?? Oh and their pricing is ridiculous for what they are it’s just a salon with massage and skin care services not even close to a spa experience. Save your time and for the same price splurge on a real spa where customer service is priority. Here, the front desk can’t do simple things like charge the correct amount or apply your prepaid credit correctly. Math isn’t on the skills list. Best part, the owner is the one who propagates this sentiment and instead of trying to make an effort in staff training or common courtesy, she doesn’t feel she can meet your needs lol! I took one survey… one.. where i suggested they train their staff and she had a melt down. Good thing I didn’t make a stink at the counter or I’d have a bunch of Karens on my hands. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Anywhere would be better at appreciating a good customer who offers constructive criticism and any other salon would treat you and your time with the respect you deserve. This place hasn’t figured out that customers Are who MAKE your business!

This place is absolutely wonderful!! I had the best experience here..and Kelly is nothing short of amazing!! I was given a full spa day as a gift, and although due to availability I wasn’t able to receive everything that was included..my experience was I can not wait to treat myself sometime soon!!

I have always gifted my mom a gift certificate to The Retreat for years. She has really enjoyed her pedicures here and always had a good experience. However, in 2020, I purchased my gift certificate just a few weeks before COVID lockdowns. All gift certificates expire after six months, and so it expired during the lockdowns while the business was closed. The Retreat did not let us redeem the certificate despite the lockdown – nearly $100 wasted with no chance to redeem. While we have really enjoyed the services at The Retreat in the past, this incident has led me to stop purchasing gift certificates from them. They offer good spa services, but this was really dissappointing. I understand that times were tough for small businesses during COVID, but not honoring a gift certificate that was literally unuseable due to the lockdown and closure doesn’t really make sense.
