Critical: CommunicationMade an appointment, got there and was told it would be a few minutes until she got to me. I waited 20 minutes and asked about my appointment that was supposed to be at 3:30. They checked their computer, said they knew I had made the appointment but they had a “boo-boo on their part”. I could either come back the next day or wait 30 more minutes and she might work me in.
