This was my first visit and first experiencing an entire day of pampering and it was by far the best experience ever!! Excellent customer service, they catered to me, provided an awesome lunch from Groucho’s (one of my favs) and the overall ambiance was amazing. Stacy, the professional who did my facial was awesome and did a breathtaking job on my first ever facial. It was such an awesome experience from the massage to the pedicure!! I will be back!!!

I’ve had several pedicures with La’Tain and each time, I have had a great experience. She takes the time to do a very professional job and is delightful in every way. I’ve made an appointment for a pedicure and shellac manicure in mid-May, just in time for my son’s wedding in Hawaii. I’m confident I’ll have beautiful hands and feet for the big day!

I normally get my mani/pedi done for 60 bucks all together somewhere else, I decided to splurge and get a “high end” shellac mani and “high end” pedicure at this Salon thinking the experience would be much higher quality. I did not address management about my issues or give them the chance to discount me because I felt like maybe I was overthinking my visit. However, once I got home I looked at my nails and toes and I am so disappointed. I still have dead skin all over my toes and nails, my polish is sloppy and bleeding onto my toes. My french manicure is uneven and sloppy as well. I spent 105. I have received much better service elsewhere for half the price. The pedi scrub and massage consisted of her rubbing scrub on for about 15 seconds and then rinsing and there was about a 30 second rub of lotion and massage.. vs other places really scrub and massage for 5 to 10 mins or more. My biggest complaint is that when I told the nail technician my polish seemed sloppy she looked and talked as if she had no idea what I was talking about. My french manicure has sloppy uneven lines.. I have never in 10 years of getting french manicures had sloppy lines like these. I expect a clean proffessional look when I spend 105 and I did not receive this. She attempted to fix but didnt do a good job. Also she didnt give me a real manicure with cuticle trimming or manicure basics as listed in the pamphlet. She just filed buffed and painted my nails.
