We chose the Retreat for a lady’s birthday weekend get-away. The owner, Chantal, went above and beyond to help coordinate our Special Spa day! The facials and massages were excellent! I almost hate to say how good my experience at The Retreat has been because I don’t want to compete for appointment times. Chantal is very accommodating and follows up to ensure everything runs smoothly. Jeremiah is very professional and finds all of those hidden spots that you don’t even realize hurt until they don’t anymore. My husband and I now consider ourselves as “regulars” and would never willingly miss an appointment.

A business that puts the customer on a pedestal is a rarity these days. I had found a gift card given to me that I thought I had lost forever, but after looking at it more closely, I disappointed to discover it was expired by 18 months. I called Shantel and she very graciously redeemed it for full value and provided a delightful massage. She definitely didn’t have to do that. I highly recommend this place and will be frequenting it for all future occasions!

Great experience! My mother-in-law and I had massages here in May. She had a hot stone massage and I had a prenatal massage. They make sure you are comfortable and tailor the massage to your needs. The staff are so polite and professional. We both enjoyed our massages very much! I am definitely planning on going back!

Yesterday I went to The Retreat for a massage (by Chantal) and a facial (by Rhonda Kidd) . Both were FABULOUS! The atmosphere here is the best for these services. Beautiful, smells lovely, relaxing music and friendly and professional staff. I will be returning in 2 weeks for a reflexology session and am so excited.
