Super friendly, they try their best to make it right when a cut doesn’t look the way you want. That being said, it’s not a cheap haircut, so if you have very curly hair then I advise seeking out another salon, because even after they tried fixing it, I had to fix it even more at home. I’m sure if your hair is straight or wavy then it’s a great place to go.

These ladies at the Day Spa are Ah mazing! Just love Amy and Katrina! The spa smells wonderful, the rooms are comfy and large. I had a Spa day that included a facial , massage and lunch delivered by Sandy McGees… it was all so lovely. The facial products felt so good on my face. And the massage was so relaxing and Amy used Essential oils! I can’t say enough about this Spa. I’ll be telling all of my friends about it and I’ll definitely be back. If you haven’t been to this Spa around the corner from Pecan Grove and just passed Texana in Richmond, Texas…. You are missing out!! GO!

Had a great experience! Spencer colored and styled my hair for my baby shower and it turned out exactly how I wanted! I felt pretty for my shower, had a relaxing time, and the price was reasonable! My hair is also curly and difficult to manage/style and Spencer did a great job. Highly recommend her and this salon/spa.

There’s no reason NOT to go here. Best color/cut me and my daughter have had by Ashley, and newcomer Corinne as a masseuse gave me the best massage I e had, including high end spas. Highly recommend for any pampering needs!!

I hate to write this review, but I think it’s necessary. I went in about 2 weeks ago for color and highlights. I hadn’t processed my hair in about 2 years so my root from prior highlights was bad. Spencer was my stylist and she put foils on my hair. 15 minutes in, my scalp began to burn intensely and I told her, so her and her co-worker began pulling the foils out quickly. I asked “is my hair burned” and they said no. They washed out hair and put toner and began drying/styling my hair. I notice she hadn’t colored my hair but didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. I have to admit that my hair didn’t look terrible when I was there and it felt okay. Spencer’s co-worker even commented that my hair felt soft (I actually think they conditioned it well while washing it). Well the next day after I washed my hair it felt brittle and dry. It was absolutely burned and felt like hay. My highlights were uneven and in certain parts on the back it looked white and orange. It looked horrible. I never called to tell them because i certainly wasn’t going back for them to try and fix it. At this point the trust is gone. So i went to another salon cut off 5 inches of burned hair and redid my color to get rid of the orange and yellow. The girls are very sweet and welcoming but obviously don’t know how to highlight hair. I wanted to like this place so much. Just be careful if you’re getting your color/highlights done here.
