What a wonder place and experience!! First they were awesome setting the appointment up with me. Then the day of I woke up sick to my stomach and they were more then happy to calm me down by pushing my day back, thankfully they had the free space. Then once arriving everyone was super accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. One staff member even offered a snack bar from her own purse cause I was feeling sick again. The spa was clean, relaxing and the changing room was very nice. We had lockers, and comfortable robes to wear. I can’t wait to bring my husband back to experience the couples massage room and whirlpool tubs. I had the facial and massage combo. Loved every moment. The only thing I’d do differently next time is to stay on site at the hotel. That way I could just melt into my room afterwards. Thanks to everyone at the spa for a great mom day/ birthday weekend away!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here, I did a 90 minute stone massage, four layer facial, pedicure and manicure. Staff was amazing, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. I felt like royalty and very well taken care of! Thank YOU! I will be back!

Out dated , not as pictures advertise, would never sit in tubs, both therapists very rude, should not have “spa” in the name, massages were unskilled even if you only wanted iol rubbed on you, horrible experience, would never want anyone to waste their time or money.

Over all I had a fantastic time here with my friends. I had a 4 layer anti-aging facial and a whirlpool service. I absolutely loved my technician for my facial. She was delightful and so personable. I will have to find her name to share. The facial itself was fun and relaxing. I didn’t notice an immediate difference but my skin has been very nice since. I wouldn’t do the whirlpool again. It wasn’t bad and if you love a jacuzzi tub you should do it. It just wasn’t for me. Next time I’d like to try the Roman bath. My only negative was that many of the non-service employees weren’t great about wearing their masks appropriately but my esthetician was on it.

The spa experience was very nice (I enjoyed a mineral whirlpool with essential oils) and the staff was friendly and professional. The only downside was that the experience getting to the spa was not good. The covered walkway was dingy and there were people sitting along it smoking who could not be avoided. Legal but unpleasant and did nothing to set the proper mood for the spa.

Booked a last minute soak and couples massage. They were very accommodating and kind. Massages were good and the soak was a tremendous way to relax. The spa is surprisingly large. I would definitely books this place for treatments again.

The service is a one on one experience. For couples, the treatment is the same. All staff are there to make your visit relaxing. I’ve visited this spa numerous times for different packages and treatments. Even though most of their business is tourist, they really appreciated that a hometown visitor not only came in but continues to come back! For all of those men and women in Berkeley Springs don’t forget to support our local business!
