Great practice, great people, highly recommend! Rob and Monique are great people, who genuinely want to help others. The atmosphere there is like a calming oasis and you never feel like you’re being rushed out the door, like at other places. I have been going to The Relax Nation for regular massage therapy for years. Rob is very knowledgeable and a skilled massage therapist. I appreciate that he asks follow up questions to pinpoint the area of pain and discusses the treatment plan. I always leave feeling better. I’ve also taken yoga classes with Monique. I was very nervous at my first class and she was just wonderful. She was attentive to everyone in the class, and still made me feel like she paid special attention to me. It was such a good experience that I signed up for more classes.

The Relax Nation is an amazing place! It is very serene and peaceful and the aroma of the essential oils being diffused is so calming. Rob is good at what he does!! He incorporates Young Living Essential Oils in his massages. He talks with you to find out what are your major areas of concern. His massage techniques are fabulous!! I feel so relaxed and calm at the end of the massage. I highly recommend Rob and the Relax Nation!!

Rob really takes YOUR healing into consideration. He ACTUALLY listens and creates a treatment plan. If you want to heal you will here. It may take a year or 2 for your body to be back to normal depending on how severe your issues are but the value of having your life back well exceeds the monetary value. Therapist of the year
