BOTOX treatments
Botox
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a simple non-surgical cosmetic procedure that can dramatically reduce even your toughest wrinkles within days. BOTOX® Cosmetic may be used to treat furrows between the brows, forehead wrinkles, smiles lines or “crow’s feet”, fine wrinkles around the lips, wrinkling and dimpling of the chin, Platysmal banding in the neck, and marionette lines. Botox has also proven effective in the treatment of migraines and Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). For most people, facial wrinkles are caused by everyday muscle activity. As we age our skin loses its elasticity (tightness) and the collagen under our skin thins, causing lines or wrinkles where the skin creases. For many, BOTOX® Cosmetic virtually ‘erases’ lines caused by muscle over activity. Unlike surgery, BOTOX® Cosmetic is fast, simple, and minimally invasive, with no downtime or recovery. Within days, patients report looking more natural and relaxed.
Chemical Peels
A TCA peel, or trichloracetic acid peel, is a medium-depth chemical peel that Dr. Williams uses to renew the skin and minimize the appearance of sun damage, uneven pigmentation and fine wrinkling. TCA peels may be used in a variety of concentrations and may require more than one treatment.
CoolSculpting
CoolSculpting is a non-surgical treatment for fat reduction. This FDA approved treatment uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat that resists efforts through diet and exercise. CoolSculpting uses a scientific patented process known as Cryolipolysis®, where fat cells are targeted and frozen to temperatures that result in the natural death of the cell. This process will result in no damage to the skin, surrounding cells or nerves. In the time following your CoolSculpting treatment your body will naturally process the dead fat cells and eliminate them from the body. CoolSculpting is effective, long lasting and can give you noticeable and natural looking results.
Dysport
Dysport, much like Botox is a simple non-surgical cosmetic procedure that can dramatically reduce even your toughest wrinkles within days.
Juvederm
Juvederm is a filler brought to you by Allergan (the company that produces Botox® Cosmetic). It is made from Hyaluronic Acid and is FDA approved for cosmetic use in the nasal labial folds. Patients with mild to moderate folds respond well to this treatment. Juvederm is used off-label in other areas of the face such as the marionette lines and for lip enhancement. Juvederm is available in two thicknesses: Juvederm Ultra is used for fine lines, and lip enhancement. Juvederm Ultra Plus is more appropriate for deeper lines and folds.
Kybella
Kybella® is a non-human and non-animal formulation of deoxycholic acid, which is a naturally occurring molecule in the body. Normally, the acid produced in the human body aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. Localized administration of Kybella® into the submental region will help in the breakdown of this fat deposit by triggering the rupture of fat cell membranes. This process of disruption of cells by an external agent is known as cytolysis, or osmotic lysis. Once their membranes are ruptured, these fat cells will no longer be able to cohesively hold themselves together, and will die. The leftover matter will be absorbed and flushed out through the body’s natural processes. Because the deoxycholic acid in Kybella® is so similar to that naturally found in the body, there is little chance of rejection or adverse reaction. A treatment session takes about 15 minutes to a half hour to complete, depending on the number of doses to be administered.
Latisse
Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic, have introduced the Only FDA Approved solution to inadequate eyelashes, Latisse. Latisse causes lashes to grow in thicker, darker, and longer. Latisse is believed to prolong the active growth phase (anagen phase) of your lashes. The majority of patients will begin to see a subtle difference in lashes at 8 weeks, a noticeable difference at 12 weeks and often a dramatic difference at 16 weeks.
Micro-Needling
Our new Microneedling pen is more powerful than ever. This allows us to introduce many more micro-channels and leads to greater improvement of fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, stretch marks and skin laxity. Microneedling works by gently piercing the skin with tiny sterile needles. As the pen travels across the surface of the skin, the needles oscillate in and out producing thousands of controlled injuries. The body responds to the injuries by producing collagen fibers to mend the wounds. Collagen fibers make up the supportive mattress of our skin. When we were young, our skin contains lots of collagen and therefore appears smooth, plump and healthy. As we get older, our collagen fibers break down causing a crepey, loose, uneven appearance. Therefore, to maintain thick, firm and healthy-looking skin, we must stimulate the production of collagen with monthly skin treatments and the application of high quality human growth factors.
PRP Hair Restoration
PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma, which is a natural component found in your blood. Platelets contain various growth factors including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), Platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) and various interleukins (IL) to name a few. These factors can stimulate hair follicle growth and facilitate thicker, denser follicles creating a richer, rejuvenated head of hair. In addition to minimizing hair loss and thinning, PRP has also been linked to improved scalp health with decreased dandruff and alleviation of some scalp conditions such as dermatitis. PRP is obtained by drawing a small sample of your blood. This is then placed in a special centrifuge that separates out the plasma layer which is isolated and directly injected into your scalp in the areas of concern. The platelets located within the plasma are then activated by use of micro-needling which is performed with a special pen.
Pulse Dye Laser
The Candela Vbeam Pulsed Dye Laser is utilized for rosacea, spider veins and scarring. Based on his extensive experience with pulsed dye laser therapy, Dr. Williams has found that this treatment can also effective in healing bruising that commonly occurs after both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Radiesse
Radiesse, is a soft tissue injectable filler able to improve the obvious signs of aging and restore a healthy, vital appearance. Radiesse, formerly known as Radiance, may be used on many wrinkles, including smile lines or nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and wrinkles at the corners of the mouth. The procedure may also be used for facial shaping and contouring for cheek augmentation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and chin augmentation. Radiesse is made up of tiny smooth calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres which form a scaffold of sorts on which the body’s own collagen can grow. Treatment results in an immediate plumping of the skin during the first three months, along with extended correction for up to twelve to twenty-four months as new tissue regenerates.
Sculptra
FDA approved Sculptra® Aesthetic is a product developed for the loss of volume in the face. Sculptra® Aesthetic is a synthetic product which is injected through a small needle into the areas of the face which have volume loss. It is known as poly-L-lactic acid. Poly-L-lactic acid is biocompatible (a material that does not harm the body) and biodegradable (material able to be broken down by the body).It has been safely used for over 30 years in re-absorbable sutures, soft tissue implants and other types of implants.

Volbella
Juvederm Volbella® XC is a new FDA-approved dermal filler that is approved for adding shape and definition to the lips and for correcting fine lip lines. Volbella® XC is a long lasting, temporary hyaluronic acid filler with results that can last up to one year.
Vollure
Allergan, maker of the popular and trusted family of Juvederm® fillers, introduced a new member of its “next generation” in 2017: Vollure™ XC. Vollure is used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lines around the mouth and nose for up to 18 months*—a duration far longer than what is available from similar products on the market. Specifically, Vollure™ XC is particularly suited as a non-surgical solution for addressing moderate to severe nasolabial folds, which take the form of creases extending from the nose to the lips.
Voluma
Juvederm Voluma ® XC injectable Gel is the first and only FDA approved filler to instantly add volume to the cheek area. It gives you a subtle lift helping to restore contour and a more youthful profile for up to two years. It is different from Juvederm® XC and works on a different area of the face. Juvederm Voluma ® XC is the first and only Hyaluronic Acid filler FDA approved to instantly add volume to the cheek area resulting in a subtle lift. It is clinically proven to last up to two years with optimal treatment.
elos Plus Facial Rejuvenation
The elos Plus skin rejuvenating system offers 3 different applicators that address the most prominent characteristics of the skin. The IPL/RF applicator addresses color correction. Intense Pulsed Light with Radio Frequency will minimize brown and red spots to even the tone of the skin. It will treat age spots, freckles, spider veins, rosacea and inflammation. The Sublime applicator addresses skin laxity and density. Sublime uses Radio Frequency with Infrared light to stimulate collagen production deep in the dermis. This will lift and tighten the jowls, under the chin and neck. The 3rd applicator is the Sublative. Sublative uses Radio Frequency to resurface and smooth the texture of the skin. She took so much time helping me decide the best way to a more youthful look. I loved that my treatment was not aggressive, noting that we can always do more at my 2 week check up. Better to start easy and go from there. She also helped me figure out the best results within my budget! I am only one day post treatment and I already see wonderful results.
