The Refinery Spa has been a life changer for my entire family. Nicole is the a master at everything she does. The Spa provides hair grooming, facial treatments, massages and so much more. She takes very good care of my entire family. I have 2 teenagers. A son and a daughter. They both love her! Nicole takes care of their teenage skin needs. My husband raves about her massages and I have never had better hair in my life! What makes Nicole and her staff so special is that they are all very family oriented and they genuinely care about their clients. The spa is comfortable and charming and the service is absolutely the best. I leave all of my family’s beauty and relaxation needs in the hands of Nicole and her fabulous staff because they have proven over and over again that they will not settle for anything less than the very best for their clients. Highly recommend setting an appointment with her, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful, very clean instruments, and excellent service! Olivia gave me a perfect pamper session, will be coming back! I’ve had two amazing facials with Olivia. They were the most relaxing and professional facials I’ve ever had. She first asked me about my skin and what products I use. Durning the facial she explained what she was doing and what products she was using. She is very knowledgeable. Not only did my face and neck look and feel amazing, but she also did a great massage on my shoulders, neck, arms and hands. I bought some of the products she used on my face. I’ve been using them for several months. I love them, my skin looks great. I highly recommend Olivia for your next facial.
