Have to agree somewhat with Michelle. My appointment was cancelled twice in 3 days. Sure they apologized and gave their reasons but they didn’t seem to care that I have a busy schedule. My cancellations were due to an inconvenience for them, not illness. I was pleased with my cut although I keep finding longer hairs the stylist missed. So not a good fit for me.

I made an appointment 2-3 mth ago for cut and color. I received last minute notice my appt.was cancelled. I tried to arrange just for cut as this weekend is Mothers Day with my family. Owner, Rachel refused even a cut even when I agreed to be totally flexible in time.
