Steven is the best! I had hair extensions put in. He chose the colors , they matched perfectly. He explained what and why he did this or that and guided me with my hair care for best results. The salon was in a wonderful little part of Orlando that you could walk around and shop or have a meal and the staff and salon was very nice and comfortable! Highly recommend them!

Do not trust Steven Do to color your hair. Very disappointing experience in the short time he did my hair. He colored my hair once while at Prive salon and I loved it. I follow him to Red Scarlet and request the same color, he does just that and it’s great. Third time going to him, I request the SAME color and ask that we go a little less sandy and more vanilla. He left the toner on for way too long and I walked out with darker hair than what I came in with. He said he didn’t understand what happened (lie) and that I should come back in and he will fix it. I come all the way back from Fort Myers just for him to correct his mistake and instead of bleaching my hair again, he washes out the toner and re-tones it with another color. Waste of time again, my hair is even darker. Finally, I beg him to fix it because it is terrible at this point. He agrees, bleaches it, and this time I walk out with Orange/yellow strands and have to correct it at home with blue/yellow shampoo. Something was not right with him. How do you mess up the same request. I spent a lot of time and money to see him. He is extremely forgetful and made the most unusual mistakes. He also is very dishonest and that is so sad. He lied to me so many times and acted like he had no idea what went wrong. Very confident at first and then when it’s time to dry your hair, he acts shocked at the terrible outcome. Never again. Be careful.

This place is 10/10! Was here for the first time two weeks ago for an extensions re-tab and some color. The salon was spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. The location is pretty sweet, great vibe in quaint Thornton Park. Also, they have their own parking lot! So convenient. Ingrid did my hair and she did a fantastic job! She is the absolute queen of making blondes even brighter and blonder! Can’t say enough good things about both Ingrid and the salon.
