Marie at Red Lotus was FABULOUS!!! I walked out of the salon feeling like absolute royalty. She is super patient, and helped me figure out what to do with my thick & curly hair that I had been dealing with myself for years. My hair is hard to cut right. Marie knocked it out of the park with both my CUT and COLOR. I LOVE IT!! Her awesome personality was just the icing on the cake. The owner was there working with another client and she seemed fantastic as well. Another thing that impressed me was the salon’s responsive communication. This place gives the kind of exceptional service rarely found these days. Kudos, ladies! Red Lotus Salon exceeded all expectations, and I will for sure be back!

I had a horrible expierience with Marie at Red Lotus Salon . I went to her for a root job and some low lights . She even comented at how healthy my hair was even though I had taken it from dark blue to blond all by my self . It was longer then I had ever grown it out before which is why I wanted a professional to do it. Well I am still 4 months later living a nightmare . She absolutly burned my hair right down to nothing .Which is why it took me so long to really see the extent of the damage she did . I dont know why or how i got this punishment .I was so nice and I even invited her out on my boat with me. Of coarse I was not aware of the damage at this time . makes perfect sence to me now why she never answered the phone for me any time i called her which was about 3 times. I even left messages . So my advice to anyone would be run…. She is not the one to be doing color of any sort.I am a rookie and its obvious that i do better hair then this girl. My hair is completely ruened for God knows how long my hair takes for ever to grow .I cant put it in pony tail because of all the regrowth from being burned to a pulp . I went to another salon and basically said he wouldn’t touch it nor should anyone . So thanks alot for the aweful year ahead with this aweful hair.

My hair was cut unevenly and damaged before the appointment. She found a way to remove all the damage and get me on the right track to my longterm goal. She took her time, gave me plenty of advice on how to style it, recommendations on products AND natural remedies to help with any issues that come with my hair type. She found a way to remove all the damage and get me on the right track to my longterm goal. Its been some time since I have had any hair maintenance done. I moved to Navarre from Pittsburgh and finally found Laura who knew how to work with curly hair!! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted done and she more than delivered!! Laura gave me the best cut and color I’ve had in a long time. I went to the Red Lotus Salon last evening after work. I had the most enjoyable, relaxing time. Its been some time since I have had any hair maintenance done. I moved to Navarre from Pittsburgh and finally found Laura who knew how to work with curly hair!! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted done and she more than delivered!! Laura gave me the best cut and color I’ve had in a long time. I would highly recommend going to such a knowledgeable stylist. I am more than pleased and look forward to going back again!!

Laura is a nice lady but she doesn’t listen! I went in based on google reviews and showed her pictures of the color and cut I wanted. That is not what I got, she chose what she wanted to do with my hair which was not the coloring I wanted and certainly not the haircut. She cut so much of my hair off that I will now be going to buy extensions to put in. On second thought, I need to just by a wig until my hair grows out. Not only did the cut the length off but she chopped off so much hair in putting layers all the way up the back and sides of my hair. I went in with hair long enough to put it up in a ponytail or an updo. My hair is so short now, I can’t put it up at all because there is no hair but she cut it all off! I ran into friends and family after left the salon, the first question was why in the world did you get all your hair cut off. I told them it wasn’t my choice but a scissor happy hairdresser who thought she knew best. It will take a year or more for the back of my hair to grow out. I am sickened by the way it looks. Her prices are high which wouldn’t be a problem if she did what you ask. The entire process was a nightmare. If you want the hairdresser to decide what you should look like, then she might be your choice. But for me, I WILL NOT BE BACK!! ✂❌

I went to Laura today since moving here to FWB in 2019 and leaving behind my stylist that did my hair since 1995. She’s the 1st person I’ve trusted with my hair and I let her do her thing! IT WAS WORTH IT! She was very caring about my concerns and listened to everything. We also talked like old friends which was wonderful! Thank you Laura! I will definitely be coming back!

Awesome owner and staff, Wendie is amazing! She did my wives and my hair my wife went red and I went white. Both Turner out amazing and the price was insanely low when you compare it to other shops. We paid for both are hair cuts and dye for less then we have been quoted for just my wife to get her hair dyed.
