I was searching for a barber since I have a precision clipper cut. Johnnie took me as a walk in and did a great job. I’ve scheduled my appointments with him since then and have gone back twice. My husband came with me once and was also able to be taken as a walk-in by the other barber at Razor’s Edge. We were both very satisfied. His prices are fair and he has a wide screen tv playing movies to keep you entertained while you’re waiting.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my children entered the barbershop today at 10:30 it is now 12noon and one Barber left and came back in when his appointments showed up. He also left out when a appointment left. Almost 2hrs waiting and there was only 3 people ahead of my boys. Those that were waiting before his appointment he failed to take them when clearly your new customers sat and waited. That is bad business in my book. I drove 5 hours to come get my boys haircuts at this particular barber shop we’re they do extremely great work. His business partner does good but is extremely slow cutting hair. If you need an appointment just say that instead of having people sit there and not take them. This was my second visit here and I must say the picture you painted the first time was amazing great customer service. Today not so Good maybe you both will come up with a better system to better serve your walk-in customers from out of town. I told the owner terrible business. He specifically stated he takes walk ins however but his appointments come first. It’s bad business. You mean to tell me you can’t at least open your mouth to a Cust who barley who knows about this place to book an appointment. Had I know I would have done so after my first visit back in September of 2021. Then what really got under my skin is the owner said “ my appointments pay good” so in my mind what my money not good enough. Before losing my temper I walked out the shop. Very unprofessional. I will be posting this review to my fbk. Not to mention another customer walks in and you tell me you don’t notice her until she walks away. Highly recommend u to go if u want a Warm atmosphere surrounding Barber trim for whatever the occasion. God is in the shop awaiting ur arrival as well. Pleasant conversation with the customers and in a really nice view from the water front. I will stop by again because I know the service is very Welcoming.
