Critical: ProfessionalismI’m extremely saddened to say that after 26 years of business, I will not return to Razors Edge. The new staff treated me with complete disrespect and disregard when I attempted to get a quick haircut last. All 3 chairs were open, but they insisted I needed an appointment. I asked if I could wait for a chair to be open (even though the shop was completely empty), and they told me no. I explained I had been a lifetime customer, getting my first haircut there, and a woman told me in a nasty tone “we don’t need your business”.I remember running around Razors Edge and fly shop as a toddler and looking at the hand-tied flies. I remember Chuck smelling like cigarettes, accidentally nicking my ear because I wouldn’t stop moving when I was a little kid… I remember the lollipops after getting my haircut.. I remember the GOOD PEOPLE that worked at this barber shop – and let me tell you, they’re all gone.
