(Leaving this review for my boyfriend because his google isn’t working) My boyfriend came to this business about 3 weeks ago after scheduling a $5 trim on their website. The woman who did his hair shaved his undercut, didn’t trim the top at all, instead she thinned it, which he did NOT ask for and then charged him $30 for something he didn’t even ask for. He wanted to wait it out and see if it would grow on him but he’s felt nothing but regret about this haircut. He hates how it looks and it was not what he asked for. Will not being coming back.

ASK FOR MIKAYLA. She has cut my hair a few times over the last year and she does not miss. I get my haircut here instead of Richmond, and that’s where I live. Jet cut my hair once and also did a phenomenal job. 10/10 — keep in mind this is coming from someone who is extraordinarily picky about haircuts. Couldn’t choose a better location in the area.

The last two times I received haircuts from the Harrisonburg location I had to fix their mistakes/unfinished work myself, with clippers, at home. Both times the barber stopped working on me to answer the phone at the front desk. I guess they forgot where they left off. You can clearly see how one side was left longer/uneven in the photo. I will not waste my time or money there again. I sent an email complaint over a week ago via the Razors Edge website. I still haven’t received a reply.
