This was- hands down- the worst highlight of my life. $250 and 3 hours. And I KNEW when he was doing the highlights that it wasn’t close to my head like I have had for every other highlight ever. But I thought it would be ok- I’d asked for a color specialist at an Aveda place. Super nice guy. Worst job ever.

The technician I was placed with was accommodating and professional. However, the rest of the staff is extremely hostile and refused to even dignify my questions with a response when I had my friend who also was a paying patron and a small child in a car that needed jumped. We provided our own cables and all we needed was a quick jump from one of the 5 cars in the parking lot, belonging to staff members who turned their back away and made faces when I came in to see if anyone was available to help. Shelby did everything she could, but the other 3 staff members turned their backs to us and one eventually complained that “Yeah, we all have somewhere to be..”

I was a bit nervous to try a new salon and was going in for a big change. The atmosphere was great and welcoming. Birdie was awesome!! She was very thorough with making sure she understood what I wanted, took her time and made sure I was completely happy with it. She was personable, professional and I absolutely LOVE my hair! Walking into the rage salon and meeting my stylist was like walking into your friends house without knocking. The environment of the salon is welcoming and full of teamwork. Bailey is not only one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met but she’s an amazing stylist. She listens too your ideas and gives great advice. So I had gone in for a color, all good there. Thank you Steve. But when I went the following week for a Brazilian Blowout, it was another story. So come to find out after the chemicals are applied and the blow dry and flat iron is done, it has to get washed once again for the excess chemicals to wash off. Well, that did not happen. Steve applied the chemicals, did the blow dry and flat iron but then sent me on my way. I had a feeling something was off. My hair was awfully flat and within hours it was sticky as if I had not washed my hair in weeks. I washed my hair that evening after reading it was supposed to be washed off. My hair continues to be sticky and stringy and have to wash it often. I will never visit The Rage Salon and for Steve to brag of his extensive experience, I give him a ONE STAR. Very disappointed. To think I paid 225.00 and left Steve a 50 dollar tip, I feel stupid. Never again!

My hair stylist, Bailey, is so sweet and amazing. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. By only being able to tell her in laymen terms what I wanted she did a spot on job. The scalp massage she gave me was out of this world. I definitely recommend this Salon and if you are looking for a great stylist I recommend Bailey.

The people are really nice. My stylist was Brittany and she did an amazing job fixing my hair after a different salon messed it up. They offer all different kinds of treatments. They also serve wine. So relax and go get your hair done.

They squeezed me in on a Saturday, I got a fabulous cut from Skip & feel like a new person! The shop is clean, the staff is welcoming, everyone was masked and they were fully stocked with Aveda products. I already have my next two appointments set up. They squeezed me in on a Saturday, I got a fabulous cut from Skip & feel like a new person!
