Patient, walked me through what she was going to do, and overall just a great conversationalist. I had SO MANY questions with it being my first time and she did not get frustrated or annoyed with me asking them. Would recommend going here for body waxing of any kind with Santana. I got a 60 minute full body massage as a gift from my wife. I’ve never had a massage before and the masseuse made me feel very comfortable and told me exactly how everything would work. r&r’s salon and spa service have been amazing for all I’ve had done there, hair color, cut, massage and waxing. courtney and rachel are both amazing. due to my schedule changing I had to find a new salon. previously I went to the same stylist for 10+ years. the girls at r&r are talented and always make me feel comfortable! love it there!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to get my roots done which was a touch up of blonde. Next thing I know my hair is dark red. I told her to fix it and next thing I know my hair was falling off. They don’t know what they’re doing and my senior year my hair was falling out. I would really be careful with these people, especially you blondes!

Decided to treat my mom and daughter to a mani pedi. 2 staff were there to do the 3 of us which would have had us not near each other (We booked the appt weeks in advance. ) The whole experience seemed cheap and not the 120.00 experience I paid for. Our feet are still rough and polish didn’t even cover all of our nails. I was warned before we went but my husband was treating and had prepaid on a gift card. We were clearly unhappy with the experience.
