I’m horribly disappointed. I’m a college student and was saving up to get my hair done but now I need to spend another 100 at another salon to get this fixed. Hair looks absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked for a gradiant with light brown highlights. Instead I got this streaky hair with random lines and yellow patches. The lighting in the salon was bad so I couldn’t properly see it but as soon as I got to my car I looked in the mirror and started crying. I should’ve asked for a refund. Jennifer did my hair and she was perfectly nice and interesting to talk to, but this is just awful

The hairdresser was great. She was able to see me that day, and even stayed after posted hours. She mentioned she can usually get people in that day or the next two days. Very friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair.
