Had an appointment with Joy for a haircut and during the cut the power went out. I left with a wet head! Not her fault but I then went home instead of finishing my errands. She said to contact her if there were any problems with the cut. So a week later I texted her (which you have to do since they are all independent contractors – and they don’t get back to you right away). She said to come in at 12:30 and I replied “yes, that will work”. I got there and waited for a half an hour. I could see that she was finishing up with someone else and she was probably fitting me in. At 1:00 she appeared from the back room and finally saw me. She said that I never replied to her text to come in at 12:30 but she could take me now. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the woman at the front desk said that she went back to tell Joy that I was there and FORGOT! Needless to say I left and went to a different salon that wanted my business and actually noticed who was in their waiting area.
