I showed a photo of the hair I wanted to the hairdresser and she acted like she could achieve the platinum color I wanted. Fast forward 4 hours later and my hair is literally grey. She tells me then that the color I wanted couldn’t be achieved unless there was more bleach involved. Why wasn’t I told this in the beginning? It feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t have wasted all that time and money if I couldn’t get the results I wanted.

This place ignores safety procedures for COVID-19. They do not require that either their employees or their clients wear masks. Thus they create a very dangerous and risky environment inside their facility where people spend 2-3 hours at a time with other people they don’t know, breathing in the same air and potential virus. Many people with Covid go out after three or four days because they’re feeling a little better but they are still contagious. This is very risky for people they come in contact with especially those who may have pre-existing conditions that would make them very ill and possibly risk their lives if they come down with this disease. The state of California currently has a mandate for masks in public locations which this business totally ignores. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the management of this business to require both employees and clients to wear masks while they are inside. This protects everyone clients employees both. Until that happens I will not be returning. If that does not happen I will never return and will spread this word.

This place is really cute and has a bunch of cute things for your baby, home and self to buy. They have a bunch of different services provided here. I go there because my hair magician works her magic here. If you need someone to do a good job and be honest and upfront about pricing you need to go see Michael. She has made me love cutting and dying my hair after 12+ years of keeping it all plain and boring. I have enough hair for 2 to 3 heads and her pricing is fair but better yet her work is amazing. Would 100% recommend.
