I’ve maintained my hair ever since, but wanted a change for my birthday! The experience at The Pretty Parlor was wonderful! I was only there for 2.5 hours to get highlights, trim, and I also got a free steam treatment (new clients) that I wasn’t expecting. Michelle was a pleasure to talk to and there were no awkward moments throughout the process. Michelle did not disappoint! I haven’t been to a hair salon since I was in High School, 99’ to be exact. I’ve maintained my hair ever since, but wanted a change for my birthday! Michelle has a great personality. She was honest about all the questions I had from the beginning. I enjoyed just speaking with her. I felt like she went the extra mile just to make me happy.
