As a first time customer doing this on a whim after being encouraged from a girlfriend to give them a try…it was the best experience ever. America was QUICK and efficient. She was pleasant and held good conversation so you don’t concentrate on the discomfort. There was a scheduling issue with my second appointment (YES I went back :-)) but the manager Brittany called me personally. So I waited almost a week to see how my body healed after my waxing….. Girl, I’m feeling great. Sherrell did my waxing and she was so knowledgeable and professional and inspiring. She walked me through the process, making sure my experience was as painless and comfortable as possible. The formula that is only unique to this company was so moisturizing and wouldn’t do the skin off. I’m happy to have a usual waxing spot to go to with no doubt. Thanks, Sherrell and the woman who worked in the he front end. Your bubbly spirit brought a smile to my face.

This sounds bazaar – but honestly I look forward to my brazilian bikini wax simply because the girls are so nice and kind and extremely professional. I feel safe and comfortable every single time and I just LOVE the job they do. I will keep going for a long time to come. The receptionists are also very nice and friendly. And the atmosphere is very clean and beautiful. The first time I went I felt the need to hide under the cloak of darkness so the whole neighborhood didn’t know what I was about to do. Now I strut into that shop proud!
