The lady who waxed me was very nice. My issue is that I just feel like 15 minutes is a little too quick for a Brazilian. When they told me all of their services are 15 minutes I was kind of thrown off but I took a chance and honestly, it was good but it wasn’t great. I feel like it’s not worth the money. Previous places I’ve been to take at least 30 minutes to be thorough, check for ingrowns, spot check, and I noticed I was still a tad hairy in the higher parts of my bikini and they also didn’t do my belly trail and it says that’s part of their Brazilian service. It just feels like they are pressed for time and they do what they can in that time frame even if it means skipping out on things.

I just left this place with tears in my eyes after the girl named Kylie ruined my eyebrows. I went in for an eye brow shaping and left with my eyebrows looking the same despite telling this girl to make them thinner and ti clean them up. She did them 3 times over and still didn’t do what I asked her to do. I will never return to this place or any other of these location. The first time I went in I had the best experience, today I left with a bad experience and horrible eyebrows.
