Critical: ProfessionalismThis place will literally sell you a service that doesn’t exist. Prior to booking, I called and asked the front desk girl about the type of wax used during Brazilians and booked my appointment based on the info she provided. I get on the table at the appointment and the first off, the waxer has no bedside manner at all – doesn’t ask my name, if i’ve been here before, if i’ve been waxed before, nothing at all. Then she cops an attitude when I ask about the wax mentioned by the receptionist and she spends the entire service telling me how my previous wax choice was a bad one anyways. Last problem – this is a place that’s trying to fit in as many waxes as possible per hour so you’ll definitely need to go home and tweeze on your own, there’s a serious lack of attention to detail in the work itself. Overall, it’s 1 star from me. I paid for a service I didn’t want and was made to feel ridiculous for asking about what I was promised. Please train the staff to properly answer questions on the phone and give Dana some pointers on her overall demeanor and friendliness.This place will literally sell you a service that doesn’t exist.
